About the Committee

The Omani Paralympic Committee is the official representative of the International Paralympic Committee/ (IPC) in the Sultanate of Oman and was established on June 14, 2010. It is the driving force of the Paralympic movement in the Sultanate and works to support athletes with disabilities to achieve sporting proficiency, increase community awareness and participate in Paralympic sports

We aim to promote the Paralympic movement and achieve Paralympic aspirations in the Sultanate of Oman by working in partnership with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth and by sponsoring institutions, disability associations, national sports federations, in addition to other local sports institutions.
